SPORTS PROGRAM
As a result of the experience of the technical staff of Primarelli Sports and CD Estepona, a very complete training program adapted to the current requirements of Spanish soccer has been organized. Perfectly scheduled to improve in all aspects of the game, the program ensures a minimum of 15 hours of training per week that will be adapted to the training requirements of the players.
TRAINING AT THE ACADEMY
No solo el aspecto físico será importante en nuestra academia, por ello mismo estas serán la base de todos nuestros entrenamientos:
Technique:
Technique is the basis for the development of the other aspects of the game and given the ages of our target players, improvement drills will be chosen to ensure a polished technique.
Fitness and psicologycal training:
The body and mind of the players must act at the same time, therefore, work plans will be established focused on the achievement of a good physical shape, as well as psychological training to learn how to manage the pressure and obstacles that may arise during sports practice and their professional career.
Comprehention and focusing:
This aspect defines the difference between the intelligent player who understands what is happening on the field and knows how to adapt to it. For this very reason, similar situations will be forced in training, instructing the player, preparing him to be flexible and to know how to make the best decisions.

PERFORMANCE VIDEO-ANALYSIS
Primarelli Sports Academy combines traditional physical training with new technological tools that will help improve aspects of training. To achieve this, the Academy’s technical staff has a video-analysis system for training sessions supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) software that will help players improve both technical gestures and tactical situations.
The objective of the video-analysis is that these players get another perspective of themselves, knowing those strong points to maintain and those aspects that should be strengthened.
